Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Helland-Research ST2 SERIES STOP TRON 570V parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Hfh products, including obsoleted and phased-out Hiden-Analytical parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Helmholz product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Hfh such as the HFHHC100 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the HA088001D manufactured by Hiden-Analytical and we are pleased to be able to service most Hiden-Analytical systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 7009520KH007009520KH00 by Manufacturer Helmholz as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Helm Brand B10A5011C in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Hirschmann such as RS201600T1T1SDAEHH equipment made by Hirschmann have been added to our featured items. Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the RI58S0012ES41KBPB by Hengstler and RS201600T1T1SDAEHH spares by Hirschmann are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original J2590A Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Hewlet-Packard.
